Big energies for the week ahead:
I am hoping everyone enjoyed last week which was just a little easier and more stable than we’ve been experiencing lately.
Full moon today! This week will be a little different and defined by the full moon that is happening today. In fact, it will peak in just a few hours and rule the next five days. It’s a full moon in Scorpio and, I’m not going to lie, this is the most intense full moon of the year. It will bring about some interesting moments with Uranus, the planet of surprises and plot twists, involved.
The good news is this is the last cranky one of the spring. The first five months of 2025 have been hard! This is one of the reasons I started this entire podcast, so I can kind of drip out the information to you week by week to get you through some very, very difficult alignments.
But now we’re moving out of that into some more optimistic times. While it’s still not going to be easy, I’ll be keeping this up for sure, we’re going to start seeing progress in getting where we want to go. Going forward some of these harsher angles will let up since Mars and Pluto are going to start moving away from each other as of May 13th. They’ve been locked together since April 13th, which has been part of the reason for this angry period.
There’s a lot of doom and gloom language out there and we’re all feeling a lot and very deeply right now now. The good news is that after May 17 this heavy energy is really going to start to lift and May 26 is the new moon, which we’ll talk about that in a couple weeks obviously, but it’s going to feel glorious. Honestly, May 26th is going to be more the start of the new year so I want you all to take heart that we’re finally getting through these these times which have brought a lot to the surface and a lot that need to be healed and a lot that we need to handle and we this goes all the way from our individual stuff you know our stuff it’s been flying in her faces or stuff that we need to heal.
Horizontal Integration of the Energy This Week:
This is a good week to remind yourself about the actual process of thoughts becoming things because this is something I feel has gotten oversimplified and cheapened to the point of not always being helpful.
Thoughts create your emotions, and your emotions dictate your actions. So, your actions are just your thoughts and emotions animated. Full moon like this one can throw you for a loop or put you on that roller coaster, which can affect your thoughts and your emotions, and thus your actions.
Moments like these are tense and can make us panicky because things feel unstable. If something comes up we don’t want it’s normal to want to scramble and fix and hold on to what you’re not ready to let go of. Nobody wants to let go of something when there’s no proof something better is coming in!
This is the moment we’ve got to transcend doubt and hold onto certainty, without proof, that you can achieve, or get where you want to go, despite the instability around you. You may hold the outcome you want in your mind’s eye, and are still open to redirection along the way, and this is enough so long as you continue to practical action in the direction you want to go. There’s no amount of simply thinking and meditating on anything that’s going to change your life, you’ve got to get out and do the work in the direction you want to go.
This week might push us out of our comfort zones in that regard, but this is when using our thoughts to create things becomes extra important. We don’t want to scramble or panic when Uranus throws a curveball. These things happen in life! We want to find our steadiness in the storm and make decisions that positively shape our future.
Using Your Thoughts to Create Things This Week:
1. Be aware of your thoughts because they’re the genesis of your vibration. Remember, your vibration is the energy you transmit into the world to your thoughts, words and actions. We all vibrate at the level we’re comfortable in and when you want to vibrate at a different level, and be living in a different level, you have to adjust your thoughts, words, and actions to get there.
2. Reframe if needed: If you find yourself caught in a negative thought loop that’s negatively affecting your vibration, do a reframing exercise. For example, if you’re wondering if something is ever going to work out, write down your thought, draw an arrow pointing right, and write down your newly reframed thought. You still have to believe and embody this reframed thought. It’s the true embodiment that causes you to think, speak, and act differently, which actually raises your vibration.
3. Pay attention to your emotions if you get derailed very easily by surprises and tough times. If something is really setting you off, that’s an indicator something inside you needs to be healed so you can get back to emotional safety. True embodiment and using thoughts to create things comes from feeling safe to do so.
4. Use the mental dress rehearsal exercise: Close your eyes and mentally envision yourself embodying this next thing that you want in living in this vision that you have for yourself. Only you can write your own vision. Settle yourself. Keep it simple and then pay attention to how you think, feel, and act. The choices we make at these powerful junctures can actually accelerate our timeline really quickly and that’s very encouraging about this week. All kinds of things could come out of the blue and give you interesting new opportunities, and the way react to them with your thoughts, words, and actions really count.
The first fives months of this year have been emotionally overwhelming for many. Right now, in this moment, I want you to pause and recognize we’re at the tail end of all the headwinds. W
Pretty soon this energy’s going to lift and we can start getting more excited for what’s developing.
